Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ramin Afandiyev, the operator of Glowz (“Glowz,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of the Glowz iOS app and this website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What Glowz is — and isn’t

Glowz analyzes a face scan and returns cosmetic skin-quality scores, a written verdict, a color season, optional “Glow Twin” reads, and an optional routine.

Glowz is a cosmetic wellness and self-care tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Scores are estimates for general guidance only. For any skin or health concern, consult a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer.

Eligibility

Glowz is intended for adults. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to data processing in your region (and at least the age of digital consent there). Glowz is not directed to children, and you may not use it on behalf of anyone under that age.

Your account

Glowz works anonymously by default. You may optionally link Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your history across devices. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any linked credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Glowz offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewable subscription, “Glowz Pro,” that unlocks premium features (such as your color season, Glow Twin reads, try-on, and the full personalized plan).

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store account. We never receive or store your payment-card details.
• The subscription title, length, the features it unlocks, the price, and any free-trial length are shown in the app before you purchase, using live App Store pricing for your region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s App Store subscription settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If you’re offered a free trial and you buy a subscription before it ends, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s policies. “Restore Purchases” is available in the app.

App Store terms (Apple)

Because Glowz is distributed through the Apple App Store, the following also apply:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund your purchase price (if any), and to the extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.
• Upload images of people who haven’t consented, or images you don’t have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell or present Glowz output as medical, diagnostic, or clinical advice.

Your content

Your scans and results are yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to operate the Service for you — generate your reads, keep your history, and provide your plan. We describe exactly how we handle scans, and who processes them, in the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Glowz app, brand, “Luna” companion, scoring approach, copy, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights in them beyond using the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that scores are accurate for every face, lighting, or device, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. See also our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on Glowz output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using Glowz and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

You keep any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. We may update these Terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Questions? Email raminefendi@gmail.com.
